As an Otsar young adult “ages out” of the Board of Education at age 21, our Day Habilitation Program provides a positive next step with exciting and stimulating daytime programming. Each weekday, members of the “Day Hab” meet at Otsar’s Adult Services Center to participate in a variety of programs that foster independence, community integration and individual growth.
Otsar’s dedicated staff helps participants remain active and socially involved members of their communities.
While Day Hab participants spend much of their time outside of the state-of-the-art Adult Services Center, the facility is fully equipped to provide an inviting environment to enhance the quality and enjoyment of its diverse in-house activities.
This program is regulated and partially funded by OMRDD.
