The Otsar Early Childhood Center offers an outstanding learning environment for infants, toddlers and preschoolers with developmental issues.Our trained team of in-house educators and therapists provide quality evaluations and the broadest spectrum of traditional educational and therapeutic services as well as music, dance and play therapies.
Children between the ages of three and five receive services on the premises while Early Intervention services can be provided at the center or at home.
The Otsar Early Intervention Program is funded and regulated by the New York State Department of Health and, in New York City, by the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
