Although raising a child or young adult with developmental disabilities can be extremely rewarding, it can also be extremely challenging and often overwhelming.  Sometimes, these caregivers just need a small break, a moment to themselves so they can recharge their batteries and recharge their patience.  

Otsar provides caring trained staff to offer parents a much needed rejuvenating break.

Families can benefit from experienced respite care either in their home or in another location, depending on the wishes of the family.  It can be provided for a few hours at a time or a few days at a time.  Respite is an essential service that helps maintain the family unit.  Families can allow themselves a break while maintaining the security of knowing that their special needs family member is safe and well cared for.
